Privacy policy
Last updated: 29 July 2026
This policy explains what personal data Peak Automations collects when you use the intake form or contact options on this website, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Peak Automations BV (VAT BE1024865574) is the controller of your data. For any privacy question you can reach us at maxim@peak-automations.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the intake, we collect the details you provide, which may include:
- Your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number;
- Your company name and website;
- Your role, a description of your business, and the team size;
- Your answers about where time or money is lost, the tools you use, your experience with AI, your timeline, and budget posture;
- How you heard about us;
- Your consent, plus timestamps and a technical intake identifier used to save your progress.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data. Please only share what is relevant to your request.
Incomplete intakes (drafts)
To let you continue where you left off, your answers are saved step by step as you go. This means an intake you start but do not finish is still stored as a draft. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see "Your rights").
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- Your consent to store your details and to contact you about your intake. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Our legitimate interest in responding to your request, assessing whether we can help, and preparing a possible collaboration.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of processors to run this site and store submissions:
- Google (Google Sheets and Apps Script) to store intake submissions;
- Netlify for website hosting and the form-handling function.
These providers may process data on servers outside the EU (for example in the United States). Where that happens, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent framework.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we start working together, for the duration of that relationship and any legal retention period afterwards. Drafts and inquiries that do not lead to contact are cleaned up periodically.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and shows no consent banner for that reason. To save your intake progress, we store your answers locally in your own browser (local storage); this stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise any of these, email maxim@peak-automations.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
Changes
We may update this policy when our tools or processes change. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
